for Air Canada passengers is effective Dec 17 (Air Canada passengers obtaining a test results and traveling to Hawaii prior to such date will still be subject to the State’s 14-day quarantine).

Air Canada is one of two approved Canadian Partners for the Hawaii Safe Travels Program. This means that a passenger traveling on a private jet, or other airline that is not a Canadian Partner, cannot get tested at an Air Canada testing entity as the traveler will still be subject to 14-day quarantine.

Passengers connecting through the US on an Air Canada ticket with a valid COVID test will be exempt of quarantine if the date of travel is as of December 17 (example: Calgary -San Francisco on Air Canada, San Francisco-Honolulu on United through the code share program). Air Canada passengers can only get tested at approved testing entities listed on Air Canada website.

Passengers should enquire/validate with their testing entity the Hawaii required testing documentation. This is to ensure that the passengers obtain the required Hawaii form upon having completed the COVID test.

Customers are fully responsible for understanding the requirements of their destination country as well as the airline they are flying with, and for choosing an appropriate collection date and time. Customers must ensure to specify the destination country when booking their appointment in order to ensure they receive any approved/required documentation for their destination.

We recommend booking as far in advance as is possible. There is increasing demand for testing. Booking in advance will increase the likelihood that we will be able to accomodate your travel schedule.

The State of Hawaii requires a certified test result no more than 72 hours before your flight departure time in compliance with travel requirements. Schedule your appointment as close to 72 hours prior to your travel departure date. A negative test result will allow you to waive the 14-day isolation period for new arrivals.

Currently available at select TMVC clinics and our location at Vancouver Intl. Airport (YVR). See our list of locations. We will update our website to show the latest information regarding locations for testing as additional clinics become available for this service.
